Only one flight after repairing a bad connection in a wiring harness that gave me fits for days, my landing light decides it wanted some attention.Fortunately, light replacement is classified as preventative maintenance, a task I was able to undertake independently. The decision to transition to LED lighting was straightforward, as the bulbs offer significantly longer lifespans and produce remarkably bright light, visible even from great distance during daylight hours. This I feel provides greater safety in the form of visibility.
